Which of your data are processed?
If you register for our newsletter via our website, we process your first name, last name, company, your e-mail address and the time of registration. We also save which newsletters we sent you, whether and when you opened, blocked or marked them as spam, whether they could not be delivered temporarily or permanently, whether you subscribed to or unsubscribed from the newsletter and which/how many links you clicked on click in the newsletter. The processing of this data is covered by the consent given when registering for our newsletter. The newsletter is sent via CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede. With this service we can organize and analyze the newsletter dispatch. The data you enter to receive the newsletter (e.g. e-mail address and name) will be stored on the CleverReach servers. Server locations are Germany and Ireland. In the reports, the data of the opening and clicking recipients are displayed anonymously. The collection and processing of complete IP addresses and cookies are prevented by our settings.

Storage duration
They remain stored in the newsletter distribution list until you unsubscribe from it. After you have unsubscribed, your data will remain stored for a period of two weeks. Unconfirmed recipients will be deleted from our mailing list after one week.

Google reCaptcha

We use the Google reCaptcha service to determine whether a person or a computer makes a specific entry in our contact or newsletter form.
