Creative workshop/ -sprint
"No future without rethinking" - global markets, new technologies, disruptive business models, digitization, demographic change, etc. Many new requirements require different approaches in the business environment. That's why we want to understand our customers better. In our creative sprints, (f)acts project managers meet with the event team of the costumer for an exchange. In a half- to full-day workshop, we aim to get to know each other better and generate an understanding of our customers needs. With this knowledge, we can generate tailor-made concepts for our customers. The big benefit of the workshop is the developed confidence in the respective competencies and people as well as the clearer idea of the planned event.
